Shining Hearth is looking for replacement staff! We\'ve lost contact with one of our staff members and are looking for a replacement. You must be 18 years of age or older and have or be willing to create a Discord account. Staff have duties of chat moderator, schedule runner, and technical support. Prefer if we can get all three (whether in one person or more), but chat moderating is most important. Must commit to being present on all three days of the event, Friday, March 18 through Sunday, March 20, and to checking the server for messages regularly between now and then. It's always been a bit confusing telling people what I am and how it works. Especially not without sounding as if I just completely made it up and haven't been figuring this out for years. Try saying "I'm crytidkin specifically a wereraccoon/werewolf hybrid oh and I'm otherhearted, crytidhearted to be exact." And I know what you're thinking, but no it can make sense. As much as I'd love to tell you about my journey of discovering what I identify as that's probably a topic for another day, this is more about how my identity is what it is and what each of the classifications mean. Presentations don\'t have to be a formal workshop; they can be roundtable discussion, a musical performance, even a craft demo - so long as the content is relevant to elfae folk.
