Introduction!

Lupine 🌐

Howdy! My name is Lupine of the Leaf Cooperative (my daemon and I). I have many alterhuman identities and many thoughts about them and alterhumanity as a whole, even if I forget to write those down. (Don't be like me--journal consistently!)

I can be a bit dense and more forgetful, so please don't hesitate to message me or send long responses or multiple responses.

I've been in the alterhuman community for about 7 1/2 years at this point, but I certainly don't know everything.

Also, archiving is one of my passions! If you know or have anything related to archiving alterhuman communities or the Dream Team (MCYT) fandom, please reach out!

Welcome. Have you considered LibraryThing? I've found it to be a useful tool for archiving books I've found helpful in my otherkin/therian research over the years.

I've found it to be a handy service not only for archiving my own research material, but also finding other book recommendations. You can also connect with other users on the site, including other therian and otherkin users. Although my account is rather new, I used to have an older account that has long since been abandoned, so I'm starting over again there.

Hello and welcome, Lupine! You've been in the community for a while then, did you already know your species/identity before entering the community or was it something you had to later on discover?

Thank you! I had an inkling of my theriotype (maned wolf) coming into the community, but most of the actual discovery work, and internalizing the idea that this was a real identity that I could have, came after I first joined. It's provided a lot of helpful frameworks for understanding my pre-community experiences.
