Hey, y\'all, I\'m super new to this whole community and am just trying to figure out who I am. Feel free to interact!!!!

Hello fellow half humans, I am Síocháin as you can probably see. I am a selkie, a half human half seal shapeshifter and I live in a small place near Anchorage AK called Wasilla (Not interested in dating!) so if anyone is a water related kin, cool! Besides seal shifting, I am also good at witchcraft and hypnosis.

I\'ve been away from otherkin.net for a few years. Life happens *shrug*

I am no longer taking students, but I\'m willing to talk to people and try to answer questions.

I\'m also still involved in the Texas otherkin scene in general, and the North Houston Otherkin meetup group in particular, if you would rather talk in person.

Is it just me or is spamming article after article about steaming videos seem like a troll move. The bad kind not the otherkin kind. Sorry that is a poor choice of words. If somebody knows another word for internet trolls reply with it. If there isn’t another word let’s make one maybe.

Online gathering of Elves, Fae, and adjacent Folk... Would you attend?

This past August, some therians and otherkin from Tumblr organized a free virtual convention called Othercon. It went off well, proving such a thing can be done, so my husband and I plus a couple of elven-faery friends wondered: could we do a similar online gather that was specifically intended for Elves-Sidhe-Tuatha-Fae?

(To answer one likely question up front, we do not intend to bar entry to anyone who is not Elf, Sidhe, etc., solely based on what they are. We are just trying to keep the scope of panels and activities fairly narrow.)

Wondering if there are others like me. I feel as though I don\'t fit in with other humans and find them extremely annoying most of the time. I find I have a hard time wrapping my head around alot of the things they do.

hello, recently awakened dragonkin here. i need some advice. when i tell people about me identifying as a dragon in a human body, they tell me to get in touch with reality, or they think im begging for attention. can someone please relate, and talk to me? i feel alone. . .

Hi, as you can see, I'm very new to this forum and the otherkin/alterhuman community. I mostly came here due to the need to figure out what exactly is up with me internally. I'm hoping to be met with an open mind, knowing I didn't come here in bad faith. So, here's some info about me.

For those who doesn't use Discord, I associate myself with dragons and elves. I question myself if I am really an otherkin, but I recall a dream I had being a faerie.. so I made a conclusion that I am not human in spirit. Nice to meet you all!

Unlike some of the members of the Otherkin community I have seen, I felt comfortable at first, when I was a child. I was born human, therefore I was human. Makes sense, right?
