Hello All, I’ve known I was a God for most of my Mortal vessels life. I suppose I wanted to sag Hi so I can get to know other Gods
hello?
I am exploring my divinity. I am but the shadow of divine light. I believe myself to be a demon, but as I am a facet of divinity, I must reconsile those aspects of myself. Glad to have a place to explore.
I just can\'t even. I seriously can\'t even. Track your sentence, sit down, take a look says the divine spouse. You look. You scream a bit at the heavens, you get drunk, days later you still can\'t even.
I\'m here under duress.
Hi, I’m new here. I’m Minny, a blind elf. Honestly, though, I’m still figuring a bunch of stuff out and I really don’t know very much about the otherkin community in general. I’m hoping that I can learn a thing or two but hanging around here for a while, so thank you for having me.

Now that the Events function is fixed (*crosses fingers*), I have added this year\'s Shining Hearth as an event: https://www.otherkin.net/events/shining-hearth/ I plan to post further updates there as comments on the event, which hopefully will be more manageable (though I\'ll have to make some tests and see). Briefly, today\'s update is: Staff signups are now open, and late/backup Presenter signups will be accepted through February 7th.
Late presenter signups are still open at Shining Hearth. There\'s a couple of presentation timeslots still available in the Americas block and plenty still available in the Europe and Asia/Australia blocks. We also like to have several backups on hand in case of last-minute cancellations. Late presenter signups will close on February 7th. (Please note that the later you sign up, the sooner you will be asked to complete reading the Presenter documents, have your final workshop title and description prepared, and give final confirmation your timeslot!) In the silence of the night,
The problem with the guest authors plugin should be completely resolved. A disclaimer has also been added to all articles which were migrated from the original otherkin.net noting that the date of publication is not correct. Unfortunately I do not have the original publication dates to update them in the database, I could at best approximate using archive.org and I know some of those dates are inaccurate.

When we realize that we were once an intelligent being different from humans, we tend to drift away to those distant times when things were simpler and much different. This happens for two reasons: the previous body had a number of advantages over humans, and we simply already know how to live in that other body. Even in the same lifetime, we may have a more localized situation where, in the face of difficulties, we do all kinds of things to escape back to a carefree childhood. So the fierce rejection of the current body is the same thing, but on a slightly different level. Yes, we were once animals and other humanoids and maybe even nature spirits, but that doesn't devalue the life we have now - it enriches it.
Hello! I don't know how many people visit these forums anymore, but I wonder, do you remember the name of the elven world/planet you used to live in? Let's discuss each other's memories! I used to live on planet Urrk (Nurrk, Nrrk), it's hard to put into human-readable form, but there you have it.
It is possible that we may sometimes be able to remember past lives as they were, but it would be foolish to argue with the fact that remembering is done through the brain that we have now. This brain has been developing its own associative map since childhood, and, in most cases, this very map will be used to decode the memories of past lives. From my own lengthy experience, I can summarize that the most reliable memories come in dreams. There, you can see images about which the current brain knows nothing, and then find these items in the Wikipedia and marvel at the fact that such things actually existed. If the objects you are looking for do not appear in the World Encyclopedia, the only thing left to do is to draw them… And it is possible that there is a huge benefit to doing so. After drawing some objects from dreams about past incarnations, one can compare them with the data received in dreams by other otherkin of the same type. Sometimes, a memory is triggered by something you have seen, heard, or read. But there's a good chance that such memories are running through our current associative map. When I practiced conscious dreaming some time ago, I discovered that the associative map is very important because disembodied objects often don't have images of their own, and the brain picks the most appropriate one to understand what it is dealing with.
Just so folks know, there\'s been a problem with the plugin used to generate author names for the older articles that were imported into the wordpress version of this site from the original otherkin.net. It was causing all comments on the posts by \"guest authors\", authors without accounts on the current wordpress site, to show as the guest author rather than the commentor. I\'ve installed a new guest author plugin and it appears to be working, but it\'s going to take a while to edit all of the existing posts. In the meantime, the author is going to show up (incorrectly) as otherkin.net. I\'ll be going through these as and updating them as fast as I can, but please bear with me in the meantime. It is my intention to restore credit to the proper authors as quickly as possible.
Looking for others like me 🤔
Late Presenter sign-ups for Shining Hearth will be accepted through February 7th or while space is available. We still have a couple of timeslots available in the Americas schedule block, plus plenty of slots in the Europe and Asia/Australia blocks. Please note that timeslot selections may be limited depending on your region, and your proposal may not be added immediately, but kept on hand as a backup in case someone else has to drop out.
