TOS for Otherkin.net

This question came up during a conversation with Arethinn elsewhere: does this site have a TOS page or a mandatory "I agree that I am over 13" checkbox kind of thing within the account registration process? The reason this came up had to do with the rules list for the Cattikin group, which mentioned the possibility of children signing up and posting.
