Fictionkin aren't even mentioned there, so I'm not sure what you're saying.
Are you referring to the answer given under "What about humans?" where Miaren says basically that while such attitudes exist, she thinks they are silly?

Humans are not the base lifeforms. They are both above and below many fictionkin. Human traits are intelligence mixed with arrogance and little will to be the one to carry out their ideals
So yes, humans are inferior to fictionkin, but not to ALL fictionkin
