Help

So, my mom called me about a gopuff order asking if anything was delivered at our door and I told her nothing was there. While I was on the phone with her, a stranger claiming to be the delivery person knocked on our door and said she delivered it and that we reported it not being delivered. She said she'd call the police and we'd get a theft charge, claiming that this happened before. I'm guessing she was a karen or something because while my siblings and I were having panic attacks, she started screaming like they were fighting but my mom isn't the type to be aggressive, so I assume she faked it. Does anyone know how to handle this situation?
