Many years ago I was taking gabapentin and had bumped my dose up to 2,400 mg. While inside my house, I started experiencing tremendous head pressure like never before.

When I closed my eyes, I was floating down a tunnel the size of an underground subway. I re-opened my eyes (seeing my house front door) but when I re-closed them I was right back in the tunnel.

I told myself, 'This isn’t real,' but it only became more vivid. Monstrous teeth started emerging from the tunnel walls, and the imagery grew increasingly clearer. I tried to think positive thoughts to transmute the experience, but the tunnel only became darker and more ominous as I floated down.

In an instant, everything changed. I became aware that I was in the sky. Felt the wind running through my hair and against my face. I was flying on the back of what would later be known as Aervel.

I intuitively looked to my left. Flying on the back of another was the most beautiful elf—or any being for that matter—I had ever laid eyes on. He was leaning forward with a level of focus unparalleled to humans. The sharpness of his jawline was unlike anything I’d ever seen, and the top of his ear came to to the crispest point.

I later shared this experience during a live call-in segment on a YouTube channel. One of the regulars chimed in after I finished my story, suggesting that when a person's nerves are drastically affected, their consciousness can disconnect from this realm and link to another avatar.

It felt like my home world, where I was either remote viewing through a kinship's eyes, or experiencing a memory of my own. Alternatively, perhaps my home-world avatar has been in autopilot the entire time I've been gone, and I simply hacked back in.

Please feel free to share your experiences or maybe shed light onto what you feel have may occurred. Thank you.
