an introduction + some rambling

hello all! i go by cy, and i'm very new to the otherkin community. i'm 20, i go by he/it, and i'm an artist and a game dev.  i stumbled upon this site while searching for communities to join for otherkin resources and thought i'd give it a try!

recently i've been doing a lot of meditating and thinking about myself as a being, and i do believe the otherkin label fits my experiences. for my whole life i've never felt like i've fit in with humans, even to this day. there was always something different that i could never put my finger on. my nonhuman feelings of not belonging go waaay back to my childhood, where i was often picked on for being the "weird" kid. i'm still figuring things out as i go!

i'm still not entirely sure on my kintype(s?). all i know is that i'm not human in some way or form. i believe i may be some sort of if anyone has any advice on figuring out one's kintype, i'd greatly appreciate it!
