[3] - a recent drawing with a quote
Hello! Today, I come with my drawing that I made recently. A little fun fact: the 'original' title was meant to be "Stop seeing with your eyes, start looking with your souls" [but in Polish]. However, it was a bit too long, so I changed it to something more simple.
As usual, I come with a little prompt: what is your interpretation of the quote from the drawing? It doesn't even have to refer to the art piece, just what first comes to your head when you read it. I recommend sharing your thoughts before reading what's below.
What I had in mind while coming up with that sentence:
Those, who look with their eyes are safe, but foolish, as they do not see what;s under the cape. However, those who look with their souls are often pointed at, being made fun of, but only they can see the truth. If you see with your soul, keep going - you are not alone in this world. But if you chose to look with your eyes, respect folks who do otherwise. Yes, this is about alterhumanity. Those, who see with eyes see 'just humans', the others - much more than that. [this is targeted to humans mostly, but why not write it here too ;] You don't need to be nonhuman to see the world this way. You need an open soul, a tiny bit of knowledge and - importantly - respect. Not only you see the truth this way, you also can "make somebeing's day"!
People have no idea how happy would I be if I was seen as what I actually am, not just as "the cape" bearing a foreign name.
