@Lash Can I ask why it is you change your profile pic multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times in 24 hours? The activity feed for OKN is full of tons of notifications of you doing that.

Sorry about that, I have trouble finding a picture that accurately encompasses my identity. It doesn’t help that I was having an identity crisis for a while. To be honest, I’m not sure if I really belong here, as most of my shifts are fictional versions of real animals.

We just switched over to PHP7 and MariaDB. I think folks will notice the site is loading in about half the time (on average) so that’s a good thing. We did have to sacrifice one plugin – the one that let folks report users/content for moderation. It was completely breaking the site. D’oh. I was just looking for that feature yesterday (https://www.otherkin.net/2017/12/sdgdgsdgddgsdgssdgsdg/ looked to me like junk, although I suppose it’s possible it was that person testing how to do something). I was really confused when I couldn’t find where to click to report.

How did it turn out?
They are well-intentioned, but very young. They might benefit from more contact with older kin, but I’m not sure the older kin would get much out of it themselves.
