Down in the muck and the scum of the things, always, always something sings, and there I relish in the symphonies of cicadas and peeper frogs, marvel at the underground cathedrals built by ants, and gaze upon the jeweled carapaces of beetles. View

Why is lying about being an Otherkin a bad thing? Who cares if it hurts the community. People are inevitably going to do it, constantly. There will be an inevitable massive flow of liars all over this website. When a tidal wave hits, you don’t try to bring the sand bags out, you just get out of the way. I say relax and ride the waves.

    I think…[Read more]

I just come here to pretend I’m something I’m not. I pretend to be a damselfly-winged bullfrog, because that’s been a kind of totem of mine since I was very young. I imagine myself as fairy in the form of a damselfly-winged bullfrog. I think there is 0 possibility that I have some kind of a soul of frog-fairy, but I also think there is almost no…[Read more]

Ever seen a fox move? https://youtu.be/_AtP7au_Q9w

They look like they have the agility of a cat, with the social nature of a canine.

According to Ralph Waldo Emerson, down in the mud and the scum of things there alway alway something sings, and there I relish the symphonies of cicadas and peeper frogs, marvel at the underground cathedrals built by ants, and gaze upon the jeweled carapaces of beetles.

I’m a bullfrog fairy, more or less. I’m actually an atheist and rationalist who believes no such thing, because it doesn’t make any sense…but I really don’t know I’d pass a lie detector test if I said I was not a bullfrog fairy. I envision myself as a bullfrog with damselfly wings. I like the sound of peeper frogs and cicadas at night a great…[Read more]

I’m an adult male with an powerful imagination. There’s an imaginary figure who has been very important to me since I was very young (probably since age 4 or 5 or maybe even younger). It’s never been an imaginary friend, so much as how I see myself, and how I envision the better part of me. It’s a damselfly-winged bullfrog. It’s a fairy prince,…[Read more]
