With the misconceptions that angels are only limited to the Judeo-Christian paths has made me go on a journey to find out more about my species.

First of all, I do not follow the Christian path or any other sort of diety centered path. I honestly believe that angels as well as other beings are able to choose thier own ways. Not only have angels been recorded in other religions but they have been seen and recorded by others before the bible was constructed. One example is ancient Greece. The famous Nike; ancient greek goddess of victory, Hermes of ancient Greece; The messenger god. Seems to me that most winged helpers and beings started out as being seen as gods themselves. Also in the Norse religion the Valkyries the helpers of Odin. And lets not forget Isis; mother goddess of Egypt.

Pare looking at angels as beings that are serving under a higher diety. But I believe that angels were much more than that. Just as other kinds of 'kin are misunderstood, I think we all have much more to learn about the role that angel kinds have played throughout history. Not only as helpers but as heros as Gods in thier own actions and messengers of hope.

I my self seek to preserve the "all". A macrocosmic being made of our universe and all the solar systems and things therein. A living, breathing, growing mass. The dance of life, the circle of it all. Not only protection of one person but helping for the overall.

And believe it or not angels can be mortal. No amount of x-rays and scientific observation can see the power that our bodies and minds hold within. I do not know if Angels can be hereditary but reincarnation for a purpose, as with many others, is a possibility.
