Angels. Servants of the Source. Messengers of the Divine. Watchers, Gaurdians, Protectors and Healers.

All that and much, much more.

Many people hear the word Angel and immediatly jump to its judeo-christian associations. And though valid for some Celestials, those connotations don't always fit for me.

Which begs the question, if an angel doesn't serve the judeo-christian God what then is an angel?

For me an angel is a bing of Light that was created to serve a singular purpose. They hear the Song of the universe and seek to create Harmony. Of course how they do that is dependant on what type of Celestial they are.

Being an incarnate angelic can be difficult sometimes. You FEEL things much more intensely than others. And on top of that there is a rememberence of Being One With The Source. There is an inner longing for that level of closeness with the Divine and the Universe again. Often there is a heightened gift of Empathy, and an ability to easily manipulate energies.
